”会”　は一般に、ある状況や事態が起こりうる（あるいは起こりえない）ことを推量するときに用います。

”能”　も同様に、可能性を推量しますが、人を主語として、その人の能力や状況に基づいて推測する場合や、反語として用いることもあります。

”会” is used generally when guessing some circumstances or the case that can happen (or it can't happen.).

”能” in the same way, is used in guessing possibility, but is used in presuming, the person as subject, on the basis of person’s ability and circumstance, also is used as counter language.
