それぞれ、次のような意味があります。
１）比 bǐ ： 「･･･に比べて、 ･･･より」
２）不比 bùbǐ ： 完全否定ではなく、「あまり大差がない」こと、
あるいは、「比べられない ； ･･･とは違う ； ･･･の比ではない」
