“打算 dǎsuàn” は 「～するつもりだ」 「～する予定だ」の意味を持ちます。
“打算”の前に “有” 、 “不” を前につけると、
“有”＋“打算” ： 「心づもりがある」
“不”＋“打算” ： 「しないつもりだ」
となります。
