ＮＨＫ「テレビで中国語」 ２０１０／８月号 荒川清秀 先生著よりの学習報告です。
“对 duì” は「～に対して」ということです。
その前に “针 zhēn” （針）がつくと 「針でつくように、ねらいをぴったり定めて」という意味で、
つぎのように 「“针对～” ＋ 動詞フレーズ」 の形でよく使われます。
¶ 针对不良现象我提出如下建议。
zhēnduì bùliáng xiànxiàng wŏ tíchū rúxià jiànyì.
好ましくない現象に対し、わたしは以下のような提案をする。
⇒ 如下 rúxià ：次のとおりである ； 次のような． 次のように．
¶ 一般主要是针对受寒引起的一些疼痛性的疾病。
yìbān zhŭyào shì zhēnduì shòuhán yǐnqǐ de yìxiē téngtòngxìng de jíbìng．
ふつう冷えから来る疼痛性疾患に対するものです。
⇒ 受寒 shòu//hán ：（寒さで）体が冷え込んで病気になる。

“针对 zhēnduì” was newly added in Conversation Vol..
It's a learning report from NHK " Chinese on a television" 2010/8 number by Mr. Kiyohide Arakawa.
On the other hand, there was also such explanation about “针对 zhēnduì”.
针对 zhēnduì
1. 动词 [对准]
be aimed at
¶ 他的话不是针对你。
What he said was not aimed at you.
2. 动词 [按照]
have … in mind
¶ 针对当前形势，我想谈谈自己的看法。
With the current situation in mind, I would like to give my own views.
¶ 针对不同年龄用药。
Vary the dose according to age.
